Instant Jasmine rice has a naturally occurring scent that is released during cooking and is also known as aromatic, fragrant, or scented rice. Use as an adjunct in a single-temperature infusion mash to lighten body and add a delicate floral character for pale lagers, cream ales, Cold IPA, and other styles where a light body and crisp finish is desired.
