Description
Also known as orange zest. 1/2 tsp orange granules and 1/2 tsp warm water =1 tsp grated orange peel.
Great for use in baking recipes that call for orange rind, including cakes, muffins, and scones. Best reconstituted before use in baking. Orange zest is also good for use in soaps. It is about 1/3 the size of a grain of rice and sourced from confirmed non-GMO Navel oranges.
